CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Oxana’s Beauties Salon, we value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have implemented the following policy: • Grace Period: We offer a 30-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If a client does not arrive within this window, the appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show, and the full cost (100%) of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without calling or notifying us in advance will be charged 100% of the service total. • Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide a high level of service and respect for everyone’s time.
