CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear clients To provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. This policy helps ensure that appointment times are respected and allows me to accommodate other clients. I appreciate your understanding and support.
